The IBF works with the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings, a highly prestigious annual scientific conference that is attended by Nobel Laureates and hundreds of promising young scientists from all around the world.
To empower young Hong Kong scientists and entrepreneurs, the IBF offers a sponsorship to five outstanding students in the field of economics to attend the 2020 Lindau Meeting on Economics Sciences in Germany. This unique experience provides the chosen young economists the opportunity to meet the Nobel Laureates, and discuss about new economic research that may lead to new ideas or theories.

• Applications will NOT be accepted for applicants who (1) will be older than 35 years at the time of the meeting (2) have participated in a previous Lindau meeting (3) are not Hong Kong residents
